Timed set up will be in place for stands within The Exhibition Building to allow the manufacturers to be able to get the homes in place. Set up in The Exhibition Building will commence Tuesday 24th April as per your letter, through to Thursday 26th April 12noon. You will be given a set up time in your mailed pack. Accessory and Park site stands will be able to set up in The Exhibition Building and the Atrium:

Please note that the show will open 1pm – 5pm on Thursday, for ralliers, in addition to our normal opening hours. No vehicle movement will be allowed in the trade area on Thursday between the hours of 1pm – 5pm.
Vehicle passes will be mailed to you prior to the show, after stand payment has been received. You will collect your trade, overnight and service passes, as requested, on the security gate upon arrival.

The Exhibition Building must be cleared by 5pm Monday 30th April. If you can see a problem arising with this deadline then please contact Sally Dodds on 01778 391105 before the show, or on 07831 775450 whilst at the show.
Breakdown cannot commence until the show is officially closed at 4.30pm on the Sunday of the event. Failure to comply with this request may result in your company not being invited to exhibit at any of Warners events in the future.
A FINANCIAL PENALTY will be incurred if the whole showground is not cleared, including exterior areas, by Tuesday 1st May 5pm. The showground will impose a charge of £7,430 plus VAT for any day or part day thereafter payable by the exhibitor.
Please be vigilant and do not allow the general public especially children, onto your stand during set up and breakdown. Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times.

To gain entry to the exhibition area you will require your trade pass, please keep this on you at all times.
Please ensure your stand is ready for 12.30pm on Thursday and 9am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the show, and you keep your stand number on display so visitors to the show are able to locate you from the plan they receive.
When your company arrives on site could we please request that you instruct your drivers to keep to roadways and not to cut across corners or onto other company’s stands. Anyone driving in a dangerous or careless manner in an area deemed to be a public place will be liable for prosecution.
Movement of vehicles is not allowed in the exhibition area during show opening times. Vehicles may not move unless told to do so, around 30 minutes after the show closes, to allow the public to leave the exhibition area safely.
Please note: When erecting your stand, all mains water and electricity supplies may be laid within 1 metre of roadways. Stands would have been allocated extra space due to this and should be set back 1 metre to allow for it.
